E-Cubed Policy Associates, LLC (“E-Cubed”) is a boutique energy and environmental economic consultancy based in Gainesville, Florida founded in 2016 by Paul M. Sotkiewicz, Ph.D who is formerly the Chief Economist at the PJM Interconnection, LLC, Director of Energy Studies at the Public Utility Research Center, University of Florida, and Economist at the United States Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
Experience
Dr. Sotkiewicz brings nearly 20 years of experience across parts of three decades at the intersection of utility regulatory policy, power system economics, and environmental economics to provide analysis and advice to private and public sector clients on a range of economic issues related to electricity market design and performance, power generation economics, utility regulatory policy, and the economic impacts of state and federal environmental policies.
